Yes, I am a certified personal trainer by the Rafael Belloso Chacin University in Maracaibo Venezuela and I am also a bodybuilding instructor.
How much time per week do I have to dedicate?
Your process should be gradual. Going from less to more. Everything will depend on the context of the student. But, if you are a beginner, who is just starting his way in the gym, it would be advisable to have between 2 and 3 weekly workouts. And from there to be able to scale and progress. Currently we have students who train 2 times a week and others 5/& times a week. Each student is a world and a particular case. The most important thing is to start.
Can I achieve results if I have no previous gym experience?
No doubt about it! Many students started the program at 0. For example, the case of Francisco Raygoza (Pancho, you can see his testimony in the testimonials section) who did not go to the gym any day before meeting us. He started with us training twice a week. And today, 1 year later, Francisco regularly trains 4 times a week. Having the same job and work and/or life routine.
How long will it take to see visible results?

How long does the Program last?
The 1 to 1 program has a minimum stay of 3 months (12 weeks). Once completed, the student may renew his or her membership or continue on an individual basis.
